    Starting hypnotherapy can feel like a big step, especially if it’s your first time. My goal is to create a calm, supportive environment where you feel safe, heard, and empowered throughout the process.


    In the free consultation:


    We'll begin with a relaxed, confidential conversation to explore your goals, challenges, and what you’d like to achieve through hypnotherapy. This helps me understand your needs and tailor the approach specifically for you.


    The Hypnotherapy Session:


    You’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation — a calm, focused state where your subconscious mind becomes more open to positive suggestion and change. You’ll remain fully aware and in control at all times, simply feeling very relaxed, similar to daydreaming or just before you fall asleep.


    Personalised Approach:


    Each session is uniquely tailored to your individual goals. Techniques may include guided visualisation, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), suggestion therapy, or regression — depending on what suits you best.


    After the Session:


    Most clients leave feeling calm, refreshed, and more focused. Depending on your goals, you may notice shifts immediately or gradually over time. I may offer tools or practices to support you between sessions, such as self-hypnosis techniques or mindset exercises.


    Ongoing Support:


    We’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you. Some clients benefit from just one session, while others choose longer-term support for deeper transformation.

  • What is involved in a 'Breaking a Habit' Session?

    Take the First Step Toward Lasting Change


    If you’re reading this, you’ve already taken a courageous first step toward making a meaningful change in your life.


    We begin with a questionnaire and consultation, usually completed before your session. This allows us to identify the habit or pattern you want to shift. During the session, I use a combination of powerful NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Ericksonian Hypnosis techniques—tailored specifically to you. These methods work at the unconscious level, and in many cases, habits can shift within minutes.


    Each session lasts between 60 and 90 minutes and includes a personalised audio recording for you to listen to daily for 14 days, helping to reinforce the changes. A 30-minute follow-up session is included four weeks later to check in, support your progress, and fine-tune as needed.
